• When suits youA preferred day and time. We will confirm the appointment and hold the bike for that slot.
• What you want to checkAnything specific — mileage paperwork, tyres, battery health, storage space, or a particular angle in photographs.
• Your budgetIf you have a ceiling in mind, tell us and we will point you at the bikes that fit it rather than the ones that do not.
