Step 1
Browse the stock list
Every vehicle is listed with its year, mileage, transmission, fuel type, body style and asking price, so you can work out what fits your budget before you call.

Step 2
Book a viewing and test drive
Choose a time that suits you and come and look at the vehicle. Bring whoever you like, ask anything, and drive it on local roads before you decide.

Step 3
Check the paperwork
We show you the documents that come with the vehicle, including the V5C and any MOT or service paperwork we hold, and explain what each one means.

Step 4
Agree payment and collect
We confirm the price and any deposit in writing, take payment by transfer or card, complete the paperwork and arrange a collection time that works for you.

Stage 2 in detail
What happens at a viewing
Appointments are arranged around your timetable, six days a week. When you arrive the vehicle will be ready, charged or fuelled as appropriate, and one of us will walk round it with you rather than leaving you to look on your own.
- Walk-round with the vehicle unlocked and available to inspect
- Accompanied test drive on local roads, including a short faster section
- Controls, warning lights and equipment demonstrated
- Documents shown and explained, including the V5C and any MOT paperwork
- Questions answered, including anything you ask us to check afterwards
Stage 3 in detail
Documents, deposits and payment
If you decide to go ahead we confirm the price, any part-exchange figure and any holding deposit in writing before money is taken. A deposit reserves the vehicle and is deducted from the balance, and our terms set out where a deposit is and is not refundable.
- Written confirmation of the agreed price before payment
- Bank transfer, debit card or credit card — no card surcharge
- Receipt issued for every payment received
- V5C and transfer paperwork prepared for you
- Collection arranged once the balance has cleared

Stage 4
Collecting the vehicle
We agree a collection time after the balance clears, hand over the keys and documents, and go through anything you want demonstrating before you drive away. If a question comes up later, the number below reaches the same team.
